Explorations Enchanted:

Unearth the Soulful Stories of Nature and Self

Spiritual Connection with Nature in a playful journey

Guided by local Bay Area artists Claire Dunn and Judit Navratil

About the Experience:

Connect with nature and land in a somatic and mindful walking journey that reveals the hidden layers of place, space and yourself. Let your inner child lead you on this fantastic trail of tales and listen deeply to the story that the ancient Trees of the Bay are singing to you.

The Journey:

Our adventure begins with a warm welcome in the heart of the Forest. We dive into the wonders of Nature through a magical Portal. As we walk through the lush forest, we will let our senses come alive. Observe, slow down and arrive to be present and receptive. We pause to connect with trees through stretching and mindful movements. We arrive at a circle of offerings: a beautiful co-created group land art piece.

We invite you to join us in this unique journey of self-discovery, nature connection, and creative expression. Are you ready to embark on a memorable adventure with us?

Who Can Join:

This experience is open to all nature enthusiasts, whether you're a seasoned forest bather or a beginner. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to explore and connect with nature. This collective experience is perfect for groups or individuals, team-building, or personal growth.
